Supporting existing services
We bring Parish Nurse clinics to existing service centres such as care homes, pop up pantries, community buildings and churches. We visit people in their own homes and take our clinics to local parks. We also encourage physical activities such as social tennis and chair exercises. Upcoming events are listed on our facebook page
We can also help with needs analysis. For example we recently liaised with the disabled community and produced an accessibility audit for local churches. The aim of this being to advocate and improve inclusion of everyone.
If we can help in any way or you are interested in working with us, please contact us.
